“I’ve been coming here since they opened in Dec 2014. Once you start going they become like a second family to you, esp the coaches. They genuinely care about you achieving your goals, whether it be strength, or weight loss, or just over all health. They welcome all body types, all fitness levels, and all backgrounds, so you can be assured you will fit in. “We took our 15 year old daughter and two of her friends for them to try the cold plunge bath and sauna. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The environment of friendly and clean. We were given a tour, all questions were answered and the staff/owners were extremely knowledgeable!!! Would definitely return and recommend others to visit 18th and Main!!!“

“Recently trained here while in Tampa for work. Had trouble on two occasions with their electronic door and pass purchasing system which is no fault of theirs. I was contacted and taken care of each time within minutes by staff members making for a smooth experience with an unstaffed gym. I did meet one staff member, Halle, while training who cleaned the place top to bottom and showed just how cared for this place is which was awesome! As far as equipment they need a couple nice barbells to replace the bent ones and a deadlift platform as I saw numerous people deadlifting on the floor, but overall they have everything you need to succeed and highly recommend using this gym while in Tampa! Thanks!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Wise Women Fitness! The owner, Lynn, has created a community of women who lift each other up and hold each other accountable. The trainers are some of the very best, with a dedicated focus on helping you achieve your fitness goals (not what they think your goals should be). I have never felt stronger or more confident in my physical fitness, and the emotional fitness that has come along with it has been incredible as well. I have trained there for about 1.5 years and have seen huge successes in reducing body fat, increasing muscle, strength, and stamina, better sleep and improvement in my mood. Training sessions are 1:1 and there is never more than 2 clients and 2 trainers in the studio at once. I highly recommend reaching out and seeing what availability they have (usually booked up!) and doing the Jumpstart month long program to see what you can achieve with the right team of trainers in your corner.“

Although it has a high cost for the one day pass ($35) I wanted to see what the hype was all about.The front desk was helpful in meeting me at the door (key card only) and it was a quiet Saturday when I visited. Every and anything you can think of that you need to workout is in this gym. Couldn’t help but do a total body workout.“

“Great workouts, motivating.The coaches are great, they consistently help in choosing the right weights, postures and motivate.I guess the only feedback would be to have less complexity to some workouts since learning a workout and doing it in a minute which has multiple complexities might not be great.“

“My daughter goes to this facility. They have really made progress with her injury. I saw the X-rays of her injury and they make me cringe. She sees different people and each one makes her feel a little better than the last. Has it been easy? NO, but it has always been progressive. The staff knows when to push and knows when to ease up. The communication between my daughter and the trainers are top notch. The staff also sends her with homework to do. Very nice so she can continue making progress. I am very happy they are making my daughter feel better and she is gaining use of her body now because of their work.“
