This woman is the top dog in this town for blonde hair. There is nobody else in all of Tampa Bay that can do blonde hair. I would like to emphasize that statement because I have been to a lot of luxury high-end salons that proclaim to be blonde specialist and unfortunately none of them amount to or could ever amount to the phenomenal work Lorraine does. She is not only a loving, caring and kind person who really understands her clients needs and desired outcomes. And is able to seamlessly achieve her clients hair dreams.
