Robin was very nice and helpful when I called to schedule. My situation wasn’t an emergency, but she was still able to get me in the very next day, which I really appreciated. She gave me a 9–11 a.m. arrival window for Paul and said he would likely arrive around 10. She also provided a quote based on the information I gave her. Paul showed up right at 10 a.m., and I received a call about 20 minutes beforehand letting me know he was on his way.

Paul was fantastic. He was very friendly, personable, and easy to work with. He even liked my dog, which is always a plus! I showed him the area where we were having problems, and he got right to work. He cleared my main line and, while he was there, noticed a few other things that needed attention. He replaced a toilet fill valve, capped my refrigerator water line from the water heater, and replaced a busted valve.

He was able to get a lot accomplished in about two hours, and I felt the price was very fair (matched the quote I was given) for the amount of work he did. They do charge a small credit card fee, but I had already seen that mentioned in other reviews, so I was prepared for it, and it was minimal.

Overall, I really appreciated the responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of service. Robin made scheduling easy, Paul did a great job, and I felt like I got a lot accomplished in a relatively short amount of time. I would absolutely use Rahn Plumbing again and I will recommend them to others!“

I went to check it and the wire was laying in the duct behind the filter. Very pissed right now. I’m having my UV lights hooked up tomorrow and mad that now this tech has to do someone else’s job. Your quality of service has gone down some. Service is now a 3 star and would tell future customers to make sure you watch the technician. Complete BS that you have to have tech’s come back to finish the job.“
