Just want to thank Adam again for getting us into our malfunctioning SentrySafe on Monday! When I realized we would need professional help to get in it, I was stressed out about preserving its contents. Adam immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism, and he even worked very hard to minimize the mess while having to work around a situation that I had made worse (by abusing the safe in an attempt to break into it). We had a great experience with Adam, who came over and changed all of the locks on our house right after we closed. He was happy to come out and deal with an issue that occurred a few days after his work (a mechanical problem with the knob not related to what he had done). Adam clearly takes pride in the quality of his work and pleasing his customers. As a bonus, he's a super cool guy to talk to as well!
