That indicates the level of confidence they have in their Rising Star professionals. My hair turned out perfect and the colors that I wanted. I left Monaco Salon feeling happy and beautiful. They are very popular in the hair extension arena and if you're into that sort of thing, I would check them out. “This salon experience was truly amazing and transformative! I went in not even knowing WHAT I wanted - I just knew I was absolutely MISERABLE with the state of my hair for the better part of the last two or more YEARS (I’ve been attempting to manage my own color, etc for at least that long- with NO professional training, suggestions, natural-born ability, or instinct. Result: horribly damaged, dull, bottle-bleached hair that was in the WORST state imaginable! The entire experience was top notch. The atmosphere is awesome, everyone was genuinely friendly, and the old school barber chair (family heirloom, ask about the story) adds a really cool and unique touch. The space itself is beautiful, and the Green Room waiting area is such a great concept.
