“I have seen three different therapists here and have not had a bad massage yet BUT today was on another level. I saw Cecilia and WOW ? She got into all the knots in my back and unlocked my whole body! I had gone for a few months without a massage and past injuries and stress had been building up so much tension I was in pain and so stiff. I just gave her a little feedback while she was getting started and then she just completely exceeded my expectations! I was left dazed, tingly and melted into the bed. I was left speechless! Cecilia was super down to earth and easy to talk to. Everyone here is so friendly but I will definitely be back for Cecilia. She specializes in sports recovery and deep tissue. I only get deep tissue due to my specific needs and this was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten ?“

“This has been the best, most impressive, and unique massage i’ve ever received. Joe uses a combination of deep tissue, myofascial (idk how it’s spelled) stretching, guided breath work, and lymphatic drainage. i did not realize how tight and how much pain I’ve been in until now that all the tension is gone. Joe communicated with me throughout to make sure i was comfortable, kept me covered with the sheet when possible, and stopped when i needed. I absolutely will be coming back whenever necessary!“
