Had an amazing head spa service with Kristen! The suites were easy to find within the building and the directions were very clear in the email prior to arriving. The space was just the right size and cutely decorated. The service started with a scalp analysis so that we could see a before and after of my scalp. Kristen really took her time and made sure that the water temperature and massage pressure was to my liking. The service did not feel rushed, and I was very relaxed!
