“I found myself needing alterations on my wedding dress with just a month left. I found the perfect place. Not only was my dress hemmed timely, we added custom lining to the back. fluttery sleeves AND bustled the train! My needs were met every step of the way and I loved my dress so much! Other places said they didn’t have time and quoted me prices that were unreasonable! Not only did I get my beautiful dress done on time! We had a bridesmaid dress that needed to be hemmed and another custom fit for the top that was also done on time! We now have a new alterations favorite. We have since been back for homecoming dresses alterations and customizations and pants that needed hemming! We are obsessed with the quality and appreciate all the attention to detail we receive!“

“I had accidentally washed my linen shorts without putting it on a delicate cycle, which resulted in a huge hole on the back/butt side of my shorts, and visibly weakening the surrounding fabric. I took my shorts to Kim, and just a few days later, for an unbeatable price, had returned my shorts to me in basically new condition. I was completely unable to tell there had ever been a hole in the garment before, the repair was unnoticeable. I am very appreciative and thankful for Kim's services and will be returning in the future for any more future wardrobe/clothing malfunctions.“

The work has been perfect and the service is friendly and helpful. My husband is a flight attendant, so we do a good amount of dry cleaning each month. It's important for us to have a trustworthy dry cleaner that does excellent work. Northdale is not the closest dry cleaners to me, but they are worth traveling to.“
