“Trina and Ruby’s is hands down the best nail salon in Tampa. Their level of customer service is unmatched! They truly go above and beyond to make their customers comfortable. My daughter and I drive a long distance to come here and we leave happy each time. Trina and Ruby’s is definitely worth visiting if you want great nails and amazing service.

“My usual stylist was out of town long-term and my pixie desperately needed to be trimmed and shaped. I called the salon at Dillards and spoke with Jessica, and she got me scheduled with her for the next day. I was comforted by the fact that she also has a pixie cut - the stakes always feel high because there is so little margin for error with hair this short. When she sat me down in the chair, she asked a lot of questions, really listened, and made wonderful suggestions. I could not have had a better experience, and my haircut is just beautiful! Truly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to see Jessica again!

Allure is hands down the cleanest and friendliest nail establishment I’ve ever been to in my life!!! Mia did my pedicure and removed a grown out gel set from fingers, and Nathan did a pedicure on my friend. I watched Mia clean the pedicure bowl thoroughly, sanitize and set up her station when she finished her previous client and I knew I was in good hands. My friend and I walked in there strangers, but by the time we left it felt like Mia and Nathan were our friends whose business we frequent regularly. That’s a level of customer service that’s hard to find these days. If I’m ever back in Tampa, seeing my new friends will be top of my to do list.“
