Getting pest defense service from hometeam for our home since 1 year and termite protection, and the services has been great. Technician Branden who does services at our home shows great professionalism, compassion towards the job. He is polite, humble and has deep understanding of pest behavior, he thoroughly inspects our property and explains us in detail. Really impressed with Branden’s commitment. Thank you

Excellent experience all the way around. My technician, Josh was very pleasant, patient, and flexible with me on scheduling. He explained to me what he was doing each step of the way. I look forward to my continued affiliation with this company as I have for the past 20 years. Again let me underscore that Josh, my technician, should be considered a highly valued employee.

My submission is for Branden Dearth. Branden is a fantastic Technician! As I am a new home owner, Branden patiently explained the process your team performs. On one occasion the socket where the fluid goes in for treatment was inadvertently painted over on my patio. I was frantic, but Brandon was not. He continued to work in the area while I reached out to someone on the grounds who had to come over to my home and fix the socket so Brandon could complete my pest control service.
