I went in for my first visit over the summer, and was scared as hell (I'd never tried waxing/sugaring/etc before). Yulissa was SO sweet and personable and encouraging the whole time, she really put my nerves at ease! I couldn't make it all the way through a Brazilian the first time, and she was nothing but supportive and empathetic, making it so clear that I was in the driver's seat, and she was there to help me in any way she could. I've only been in three times so far, my last visit was 3 months after the previous one, and she remembered me and details about me and the stories I'd told her. ? I never thought I’d be one to get consistently waxed, but Andrea did such a great job and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Extremely pleased with the outcome and firmly believe waxing isn’t just for women!
Blanca was amazing. I was experiencing some lower back pain and Blanca went out of her way to accommodate for my comfort and continuously checked to make sure I was ok and if I needed a break. Very considerate and made me less anxious!
