From the start, the consultation and communication with Travis throughout the process was great, and I really appreciate all of the time he spent with me. I also communicated via email with Andrew a lot with scheduling. The team that came out removed 1 tree (great crew) + stump removal / grinding (Alex was quick), planted 4 new trees (great crew), and pruned another in our yard (Gabe was super nice, easy to work with). “Sid Mourning tree service has been to my home 2 years in a row for regular tree trimming and they have always done a good job at a reasonable price.

For this last time they came for another tree-related job, I was given a reasonable estimate when the estimator came to my home to measure, but due to a miscalculation by the estimator, they mentioned it would cost 3 times as much as quoted when they arrived to actually do the work.

That could have been a showstopper, but I have to praise Sid Mourning tree service because we were able to talk things out, and proceed with the work as planned.

They are a company that have something that fewer and fewer companies these days have: honor.

They honored their original estimate, and I really appreciate that about them. They have earned my respect, and they will have my repeat business in the future and personal recommendation to anyone who asks.

They also did a good job: quick work, cleaned up well afterwards, and did not damage anything. No complaints.
