Nurse Ethan was professional and very skilled. My available veins are not friendly to blood draws, but Ethan got the draw started quickly and painlessly.
Physician assistant Julia assessed factors relevant to my issue and correctly identified possible issues due to my complex medical situation (i incorrectly thought it was a simple issue) . She explained her concerns to me in simple terms and then reviewed her findings with the clinic physician to ensure all issues were properly addressed (they were!). Much appreciation to her and the physician for taking the extra time.
The work and skill of this amazing team meant is fantastic. Whether you think your issue is simple or complex, these folks are among the best of the best.

“The male receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. He also fixed my credit card issues since I use the wrong card. I did not have to wait too long to be seen. The nurse who checked me in was very friendly and also did not make a big deal out of the fact that I asked not to be weighed. The doctor was knowledgeable and transparent and also atttended to me quickly so that I could get on to a special event. The x-ray technician went upstairs to get a shoe for me so that I did not have to go up there. The whole process could've taken much longer, and I really appreciated that it went smoothly.“

Seems the staff is never around to answer the phone. Every time I call I get recording and have to leave a message and wait to get call back to get issue resolved.
Sometimes days or a week later. Seems like playing phone tag.“

“Overall most of the staff were great! My only complaint goes to my original phlebotomist. I’m sure she meant well, but her communication style was a little too unprofessional for me personally as a patient who is terrified of getting their blood drawn. Happy to elaborate if someone reaches out. My second phlebotomist was amazing! Casual in conversation but still professional when it came to communicating what was happening or going to happen next.“
