The staff, the MAs and Dr.Avalos were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The clinic even though being an urgent care made you not feel like your child is just another number they were great. “Overall most of the staff were great! My only complaint goes to my original phlebotomist. I’m sure she meant well, but her communication style was a little too unprofessional for me personally as a patient who is terrified of getting their blood drawn. Happy to elaborate if someone reaches out. My second phlebotomist was amazing! Casual in conversation but still professional when it came to communicating what was happening or going to happen next.“
