We've been customers of The Maids for several years, first in Colorado and now here in Austin. We needed help when we began dealing with a family medical issue, and The Maids stepped in to help us keep up. They are absolutely consistent in their quality and professionalism - very fast, very thorough. Our current team (Go Team 12!) is lead by Anna, and includes Estefania, Concha, and Rocio. I was reading through some of my Google Reviews and noticed that I had only given The Maids 4 stars. That was an error on my part -- they deserved a 5 star!! It has been wonderful to still have Ana as the leader of her team. It's nice having the same person all these years. She and her team continue to go above and beyond. I highly recommend The Maids of Austin.
