10515 N Mopac Expy Ste H (rear, Austin“Black Widow MMA is hands down one of the best martial arts gyms I have come across in Austin and it has completely transformed the way I approach fitness and training. The gym offers a fantastic range of classes including Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and MMA for all skill levels so whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned competitor you will feel right at home from day one. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely invested in every single member which makes the learning experience incredibly rewarding. What really sets this place apart is the community because there are absolutely no big egos on the mats and everyone is there to support each other and grow together. The facility is clean and well organized and the free trial day is a fantastic way to experience everything before committing which shows just how confident they are in what they offer.“

The instructors have created an incredible environment that is rooted in discipline, respect, and fun. Through MMA training we have gained valuable life skills, become physically stronger and more confident. We’ve also built lasting friendships and become part of a community that feels like family. We can’t imagine not being a part of Invictus and highly recommend it to everyone. IMA!“

The instructors here are always respectful and are tough (only for the love of the art) but also caring. It has been a great experience and we all share a bond with the school and between us through our time and memories here! TANG SOO!P.S. This is not a belt factory like the teachers say, you really have to earn your rank here“
“I was traveling from Massachusetts. I scheduled a drop in on the advice of my professor. Professor Esfiha and his instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. I felt right at home and appreciated my short time there. If I lived in the area, it would %100 be my primary place to train!“

3305 Hancock Dr, Austin“Started learning Aikido here through Sensi's Mark and Joani offering introductory 6 classes at our church. I was motivated for my daughter to learn some self defense before going to college. I'm still learning at the dojo and she graduates with a masters degree in May 2024. I am also motivated to change minds from ego to spirt centric. Grand Master Frank's books as well as presence at the dojo helps me more than words can say!!! The physical aspect of training is not that strenuous but keep up with it and the benefit and self defense confidence is getting better all the time.“
5 - 8PM
1604 Glencrest Dr, Austin“Master Perkins clearly cares about his students and their progress. His studio is clean and he emphasizes safety. Appropriate mix of poomsae, self defense, and sparring following the WT/Kukkiwon curriculum. Classes are much smaller than other places (around 4-6 students) which ensures a lot of individual attention.“

Take advantage of the free classes he offers to new people and you’ll be amazed in what you’re going to learn about yourself and how you handle and move in your surroundings.“

“If I could give 100 out of 5 stars, I would. The teaching here is not just focused on the techniques but also on the right mental model in the ring and outside the ring. The coaches are top notch - very highly accomplished. They just brought in Coach Cody, who leads the USA team in some martial arts verticals. Coach Amador is tough on what he wants from kids but also really friendly and kind - he lets my younger one go on the mat with my elder one on saturdays to hone that leadership skill in my elder one and to give an accelerated learning environment for my younger one.
The best!“
