“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the install team. I've recently had my roof and A/C replaced and I was not impressed with the installers of either one. So when Window World showed up to remove and install 20 windows, I was not expecting much.
However, I was amazed at how they paid attention to detail and worked quickly and efficiently and acted s a team, helping each other when needed. They even went above and beyond my expectations when they removed a plantation shutter frame that was preventing an old window from coming out They then put the frame back and everything looks great. House is also much quieter now with the foam insulation. I'm very happy with the results. I was expecting average, and I got great service. Would definitely recommend to use them.“

They also fixed some siding and put something more durable where some squirrels were sharpening their teeth and claws on. The painters did an awesome job and the gutter installers were fantastic. “We’d been ‘thinking about’ getting the sliding door replaced for way too long. My husband and I started researching and he discovered Austin Sliding Door. We’d had a few other companies give estimates to replace, never considering that repair was an option, and they wanted to, basically, upsell. “Brian Krpec was excellent to work with. His crews were on time and responsible throughout the repairs to our upper deck. The scope of work needed to be amended after the project started, and Brian was available to follow up with and confirm the schedule of work. Sometimes we needed to address issues with the crew, and Brian or a lead crew member followed up on this regularly. After the repairs were completed, there was a small issue where the gutter needed to be adjusted, and this was handled right away, which we appreciated. There were no extra charges added to our original bill/estimate. The upper deck looks great now and is waterproof.

“I highly recommend Eurocraft Exteriors for roofing work. They did a superb job on my roof from start to finish. The team walked me through the entire process, set clear expectations, and delivered exactly what they promised.

They were not the cheapest option, but they were absolutely the right choice. Their contract was a single, straightforward page that I could easily understand, which gave me confidence going in. Other quotes I received were four pages long, filled with legal language that seemed to shift responsibility away from the contractor for things like property damage. Eurocraft’s simplicity and transparency really stood out.

The project was completed within a single day, just as they said it would be, with no surprises along the way. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

What really impressed me was their honesty. When we discussed siding, the team lead told me my siding was actually in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced.
