Highly recommend. Extremely professional and efficient service. Honest with fair pricing. If you are looking for a new roof, you should start and end here. There is no fine print or hidden charges. Everything is clear, fair, and easy to understand. Staff are highly knowledgeable and eager to ensure that everything is done right and communicated clearly.
Mike has been a pleasure to work with. After getting a roofing quote from a door to door roofing company that seemed very high, I asked Mike for a second opinion. Within a few days he had someone check out our leak and provided 2 very reasonable repair options and quotes as well as a full roof replacement that was over $30,000 lower than the other company. His transparency, communication, and kindness were so refreshing.
I have had the pleasure of getting to know Mike, the owner of The Roof Resource, through the West Austin Chamber of Commerce over the last few months. I’m grateful to see someone in this space offering transparency in pricing and quality for something as important as the roof we keep above our heads. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, and truly wants the best for your home and your family. I know who I will be calling when my roof needs to be replaced - The Roof Resource!
