The charge was $1,600 although a google search found the average to be $800, maybe lower pressure maybe cold water nonetheless the issue was resolved in 2 hours of work. Very professional, respectful and gracious. James explained at length the work to be done before, during and after. Only one year warranty but with the quality of work it should be at least 2 if not 3.“

“Do not ever use reliant plumbing. They up charge the customers BAD and the 'plumber' (installer) make a huge commission off the sale (don't purchase the sale products!!) and they can "sell" their work order to another plumber at whatever price the current plumber of that work order wants to charge, for that, OTHER plumber to take over. So basically, the second plumber needs to make 'more' off that job to benefit. Oh! and the reviews on here are a joke. Most of them are 'plants' from their families putting in a (fake) good reviews by mentioning the name of that worker. The 'installer' gets $75/per every good review that mentions them by name. They don't conduct criminal background check nor drug screenings, only a driving record is done. I've done my research on a few of these guys' backgrounds and they're all drug addicts (meth) at least three that I know of, and a guy named Keller, nearly killed someone by chocking them and another for family violence. Alan Torres the manager and Owner, Max Hicks, do not care about the community. Emails always go unanswered, no one calls back. Just an endless, money scam, with a high turnover rate for a reason. Leadership down to the dispatcher are all crooked. They know. Tradesman Tyler M. Journeymen Mark A. - how they treat the public!“

“I am going to write a very honest and candid review so that others researching this project can get as much info as possible. I have a mid century with pipes that were rotting so I needed to replace the sewage lines. After consulting with 5 other companies, I decided to go with Accurate Leak & Line. They had the cheapest estimate by $5000 and Patrick, who gave me the estimate, was friendly and informative so it seemed like the right move.

Here's what I can say...they did an awesome job on the work itself. Both the excavation and the pipe crews were friendly and respectful of my property. Carlos was my main point of contact at Accurate on site at the job and he was very polite and easy to work with. I was, however, a little disappointed in the lack of communication at times. For example, once I agreed to the estimate, they scheduled the excavation crew without even calling me to see if I was ready for the project to start. I was actually going out of town so they had to push the project and reschedule everything (we could have done it once if someone would have reached out). Once the tunnel was dug, there was kinda a lull for a little over a week of nothing happening and no one really informing me on what is going on. But then all of a sudden, they smashed the whole thing out quickly and it passed inspection/looks great.

So yea, if you don't mind having to do a little follow up work and just stay on them for communication, I would say they are a great company to go with.“
