“Outstanding experience from the quoting process to installation. They showed up when they said they would and their prices were fair and well explained. Their lead tech (Dani Haddad) was a pleasure to work with as he took the time to explain the work and obviously takes pride in his craft. No high pressure sales throughout the transaction. They upgraded a panel from 100AMP to 200AMP to accommodate a new electric charger. The crew communicated well and they handled all the permitting and city inspections. It was truly a turn-key experience. They cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to do business with them again or to recommend them to friends and family.

The ChargePoint Unit died on me and DC Electric made the overall warranty repair process relatively painless. Booking was easy to do after hours and I was able to get an appointment within a week. The technician assigned called me as he was able to come at an earlier time which worked perfectly for my schedule. The tech, Lovell, quickly swapped out the components and tested that everything was functioning as expected. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. You never know about a companies true warranty policy, but my experience still continues to be 5-star as they did what they said they would.“
