Pure Pilates has done an AMAZING job adjusting to the impacts of COVID and providing quality virtual classes for their clients. Pilates is a difficult class to replicate since the megaformer is so important, but Pure has figured out a way to still get us shaking and enjoying a Pilates class from home. Thank you for all you do, Pure! We love you in studio and at home!
I have been going to Pure Pilates for 9 months. Most of my time has been at the Domain location, but recently I have also been going to the South Lamar location. Both locations have great facilities and many of the same awesome trainers work at both locations. The workout is always challenging in a good way. The improvement in my core strength and balance came surprisingly quickly. Since this review was prompted by a FB check in on Monday, I want to give a specific review of Melissa. I have never been disappointed by any trainer at Pure Pilates, but everyone has their favorites and Melissa is one of mine. Every class she seems to have a least one movement I have not done before or have not done in a long time. Her motivational skill and sense of humor are very helpful when the holds get tough. She is always mindful of helping you maintain proper form to get the most out of class and avoid injury. I highly recommend Melissa.
