These guys were just great. I got several estimates from other flooring folks in the area, but I didn't like what I heard about how they were going to do the job - they just didn't seem to know what they were doing. In addition, the others offered an estimate with a lot of vague non-defined costs that would be added to the estimate. Bob was completely helpful and professional. He spent some time finding a color match for our other hardwood floors (which none of the others seemed to be competent to do). When he gave me the estimate, it was "this is a contract. No extra added charges." Cost was actually less than the other estimates. Timing was convenient and his crew showed up when they said they would. His crew was thoroughly professional, worked their butts off for three days, and did a great job of matching baseboard caulk like the rest of the house. In other words, they really knew what they were doing. All in all, a great experience working with Hardwood Flooring Services.
