I have been with J&J Pest Control for over 20 years. All of their team members have always been so helpful. A big shout out to Dwayne who has been our service provider for many years. He is always reliable, trustworthy and most important, he is always kind.

I have a new construction house in NE Austin. I was using another local company for a year and kept seeing ants, had a crazy springtail invasion, and the other company kept brushing it off. J and J came thru - tech Dwayne - was amazing and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address the problems. He was very thorough, spraying and getting rid of the springtails in the weep holes of the brick wall. I have not seen any ants, and the springtails are all gone. Amazing work. Don't settle for these other random companies, J&J have been at it for years locally and really take the time to help folks out.

I have been a customer for almost 10 years and the customer service has never been anything less than amazing! From Monica in the office to Lee and Bud the bug guys, everyone is over the top with their knowledge and personal attention. I will never use another company for any bug issue!
