Highly recommend Plush Pad!! I took my 17 year old dog and they were so sweet! They trimmed her nails in the lobby because she was scared to go back and while one groomer was working another came and petted her head!

Plush Pad was great with my almost 16 year old cat. He's stopped grooming regularly due to arthritis. He was groomed professionally once before and did well. However his arthritis has gotten much worse since then and he freaked out during his rear foot nail trim probably because his joints are so stiff. I felt horrible because his behavior was unexpected but the Plush Pad told me they could give it another try if I'm okay giving my cat gabapentin before his visit. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful they were willing to try again. I talked to my vet, put him on arthritis injections and got him a prescription for gabapentin. Had a great first time experience here, the staff was really friendly, detail oriented, and understanding. My dog gets nervous during grooms and they did a fantastic job with him. Highly recommend!
