“Dr. Yu-Davis saw me on a Saturday for a second opinion when I was worried about a potential eye issue. She was thorough in her exam and took time to explain what she found and what it meant. She didn’t rush through anything.

What stood out most was what happened after the exam. She personally connected me with a retina specialist to get an emergency appointment for the next day, on a Sunday. That kind of follow-through made a stressful situation feel manageable.

The Gene Rogers team took one look at my damaged frames and fixed it for me in ten minutes, and told me the fix was free even though I was not a paying customer! While I waited, I saw how incredibly unique their selection of vintage frames is; I will be coming back to buy my next glasses from this wonderful establishment.“
