Xavier was calm and professional with my dog. She has never been groomed before, and Xavier asked good questions ahead of the groom to gage how she would be, and gave me details when I came to pick her up. My pup is clean, smells nice, isn’t shedding everywhere, and she’s happy. She seemed to love it there. I’m so happy to have a high quality service so close to home. We’ll be back.

I was fed up with going to the big box stores to get my pup’s nails trimmed. I couldn’t make an appointment for the service, so we were stuck waiting sometimes up to an hour for him to be seen. I saw a great ad on IG from Fluff ‘N Buff when we moved to the area and I liked their vibe - and I could book a nail trimmed appointment!
Ella is a miracle worker! My pup can be a wiggly mess for others, but she is able to get his nails done and he doesn’t seem the least bit traumatized after seeing her! She is so patient, kind, and warm.
