“I’ve now had two injuries that I have had treated at airrosti. One was for my back and the other was from my knee. I worked with Dr. Kirsten Shepard for both and she is so amazing! Not only did she really deliver with their claim that they fix pain fast, but she also empowered me with knowledge about how my injury happened, what areas of my body are contributing to the injury, and ways to strengthen myself to heal and avoid future injuries. The exercises taught at airrosti are accesible and something that can easily be implemented into daily life, but they truly do make a difference. Now when I am working out or doing strenuous activity I feel much more connected and understanding of my body and how each individual part works with the other.
In addition, the patient care is amazing. Dr. Shepard remembered me and details about me even after a year of not being her patient, she always checks up on you, and meets you where you are at.
It us important to note the treatments can be painful and intense. But I would take a few minutes of discomfort over a life long injury that could’ve been avoided! Love airrosti. Hopefully I don’t get injured and have to return but if I do I know I will be taken care of :)”

Dr. Herman’s shiatsu treatment was something that I had never experienced and made a huge difference. Dr. Herman could open up range of motion and flexibility in my shoulder through his treatment, almost on demand.
After only 3 sessions, I was discharged from Airrosti. That's another nice thing about Dr. Herman. After my 3rd session and when I was in good shape, he told me that we were done.
