Took a sculpt and flow class for the first time with brooke and it was amazing. I was a bit scared at first because i don’t usually do a full body workout. she was walked us through all the workouts and a took a few minutes to cool down too. overall it was very relaxing and a good workout. i don’t think ill be able to feel my legs tomorrow.
