They are amazing! 2nd time taking my cat to them. I gave them my price range and we got my cat feeling better within my budget. They were so helpful and reassuring. We were seen the very next day and roomed immediately once we got checked in.
I spend several months of each year in Austin with my dog and BAH has been terrific in accommodating our needs. Personnel are friendly and efficient, as well as providing services with a smile!
I've used BAH for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. From the front desk staff to the vet techs and, of course, the vets!!! Chelsea greets me by name. Bonnie welcomed me and my dogs into the room and kissed on them as much as I do while she took their information. Let's not forget Dr. Burke!!! Dr. Burke is simply the BEST! She knows her stuff and breaks it down and explains it flawlessly. She takes a practical approach to whatever the day's visit brings. She gives me plenty of opportunity to have my questions answered and is always very professional and very pleasant. All of the vets are wonderful as are the front desk staff and the techs. LOVE ALL THE STAFF… read full review
