I came in today around 2:30ish and Sarah, at the desk was super professional, helpful and sweet. I’ve been to a few locations and you all hire great people. Thanks again. ❤

I wanted to leave a review for Courtney because I was really impressed with how professional and calm she was during a difficult situation. While I was waiting in the lobby, a customer came in who owed a balance and became rude and loud when asked to pay. Courtney handled it so calmly and respectfully, reminding her of the balance and explaining that she had already been given multiple courtesy tans for free.

After that, Courtney helped me get set up with the perfect tanning membership. She was super knowledgeable about all the products and took the time to walk me through how to use the equipment when I started feeling a little overwhelmed.
