This place has an excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere! The staff at this location are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciate how thoroughly they explain the products, services, and options without making you feel overwhelmed. Amanda was especially helpful during my visit today. Definitely recommend!
i go to the hancock location bc i love the girls here! amanda is so sweet and she gave me the best advice on lotions. this place can take all my money. everyone always tells me i have the best looking skin and like im always glowing! i recommend bed tanning at least twice a week. its great for maintaining color but also oddly i feel better with the uv exposure year round. maybe just in my head. lol thanks amanda!
Love this location!! I’ve tanned at a lot of different PBTs and the employees at this location are always so happy, kind and helpful, even when they are busy or with less than ideal clients. Extra shoutout to Amanda, who has gone above and beyond to take care of my account!
