But Kyla took Jezz to have her nails trimmed and when she returned Jezz was a rambunctious puppy all over again. Talk about HAPPY DOG!!! Another note that should be mentioned is that Jezz hasn't really had any exposure to other dogs but there happened to be a puppy (Jezz is almost 5yrs) in the lobby and was there when they brought her back to me. I could not believe how calm and at ease she was after her trimming that she wanted to stay and play. These people are absolutely awesome at their service and Jezz would definitely be coming back.“

“We love Austin Pet Stylist, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, kind and top quality groomer. Their prices are reasonable, their communication is great and the salon is a welcoming, inclusive place. We have brought two Pomeranians here (one with coat issues, and one who is a bit of a handful) and have received the best care.

Pomeranians are a notoriously hard breed to groom, due to their double coat, and if not groomed and cared for correctly, they can actually lose their fur. I spent a lot of time researching groomers in Austin, and felt very lucky to get in with Jade. We actually live about a hour away, and make a morning out of grooming every month.

Not only does Jade give the best cuts, but she is passionate about animals and even teaches a pet CPR class. Jade, Brittany and the rest of the staff have helped me learn a lot about Pomeranian care, products and well being over the past two years, and we are so fortunate to have them as our groomers!“

“I left my beloved dog, Azula, here for over a week, and I have to say that it was a fantastic experience for the both of us. My dog is unfortunately reactive, but D Pet Hotel had no issue with accommodating her, giving her plenty of private time in the playroom. I also felt assured with the daily pictures and updates I received during her stay. It was refreshing to see a pet hotel be generous with their time and effort, as they don't upcharge for giving her one on one playtime and providing her medications. Should I need a boarding facility in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again!“

It had been years since Rom got groomed and we were not sure how he'd do. He's a big guardian-breed/ GSD mix and he came in with significant matting, so we were apprehensive initially.

Adrian was great the entire time. Incredibly professional, super informative, and very patient. He cared just as much about Rom not being stressed as he did about the grooming itself. He let me know about an area of concern so that we could get it checked out as well as gave his honest opinion about specific questions I had which was a big deal to me.

The thing I appreciated most is that his advice fit Rom's life. Rom's a farm dog, not an indoor dog, and Adrian got that and tailored his advice and care to it. Rom's state of mind was great when he came out and he physically looked like a new dog.

If you've got a big dog or a nervous one, go see Adrian. Can't recommend him enough.“

“We've been to a bunch of different groomers and are the happiest with Barklees. The team here is very experienced and very easy to work with. They follow directions, care about the pets, and communicate proactively. When my doodle has had mats in her fur, they do a very good job at getting them out when they can, and minimizing spot shaving. They also do a great job of blending when things do have to be cut or shaved. I highly recommend them!“
