Brandon Mason is a master at carpet repair! He went above and beyond to help us and I am seriously amazed at the results! He even stress tested its durability to ensure it would hold up to heavy traffic and cleaning in the future. If you need anything carpet related Mason is who you want to do it!
Joshua.R he did an awesome job. What a difference I purchased this couch that was dog pee, and dog smell infested and I did not think it would come out. He was able to get it all out and make it smell really good.. Josh is well knowledgeable and very kind I would recommend him.
I called Steam Master Cleaning yesterday to set up having the carpet cleaned in two of my bedrooms. I had to call again this morning to change the time. They were very accommodating and changed the appointment time. Fernando called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he explained the options. We selected the options we wanted and he started work. The carpets look great!!! I would highly recommend this company. GOOD JOB FERNANDO!!!
THANK YOU!
