We called Manny when we had a major roof failure which led to the ceiling in our kitchen leaking and crumbling. He was so responsive and came the next day. The project required a lot of work- not a DIY job for us. He and his team demolished, abated and rebuilt the ceiling. Wow! Such an amazing job. His price was very fair (we didn’t have time to get multiple bids- but the price seemed very good). And he started the same day! He also worked during the week of Thanksgiving- coming daily to check on the drying-abatement issue.Additionally he finished strong- with the final touches and cleaning up. We had a major hail storm with baseball and golf ball's size hail a few months ago and the back side of our house was badly damaged with golf ball's size holes on the hardi siding. We contacted several other roofing companies that were working in the neighborhood and their bids were at minimal, 5 times more than Manuel's bid. We have selected Centex Carpet and Paint over other large Roofing Companies. Manuel was very honest, sincere, kind and considerate. He did not asked us to sign any contracts on the first meeting, and he suggested several options of fixing the back siding. Manuel and Maria were absolutely amazing! Our house had many issues with cat urine from previous tenants and they did such a great job cleaning everything up. It is as good as new!They are so helpful, kind, and understanding. You can't go wrong hiring them!Services: Carpet steam cleaning
