“Mason was amazing! He did a great water softener & whole house filter install and spent the time to go over all the instructions on how to use it. I had been wanting to do this for over a year and finally was able to get it all arranged.

I will say, once the techs come out, they are great, knowledgeable and down to earth. Sometimes dealing with the office for quotes and back and forth between reception and management is a bit of a challenge but again, once they came out, assessed and quoted, I was very happy an went ahead with the install.

My advice to others is to overlook some of the office back and forth and talk to the onsite techs. They rock“

“Have Service Wizard's annual inspection plan where someone comes out in the fall to check my furnace and in the spring for the AC. Dante came recently for my heating system inspection which included ductwork as well as the furnace itself. He spent a good 45 minutes in the attic and provided me not only with a checklist of what he examined, but more than two dozen pictures, many of which showed meter readings for various system metrics that he tested. Had a 3-hour window, but Dante texted me when he was about a half hour out and arrived right on time. I guess you can tell I'm very happy with Service Wizard and highly recommend them. I've used them for a number of years now and the service has always been super and the cost very competitive with no upselling.“

“Last year, I hired Atlas AC to replace my broken air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The price was reasonable, the work was done well, and the handling of our service needs was very nice and professional. This winter (2026), the unit shook a lot, scaring my tenants. I had Atlas AC come to the house and investigate it, for free because it was still under warranty. The tech Jose was very informative, informing me that the shaking is unavoidable and why it occurs. He checked the balance of the unit and the fan to ensure they were up to standards. Then, he went above and beyond by setting the thermostat to automatically turn off the air pump when the temperature outside is below 30°f, and instead use the furnace, giving me piece of mind.
