My job was huge and Paul calculated it perfectly. He sacrificed his evening to stay and finish the job without skipping steps. We have used Stanley Steamer for years and Paul was the best service agent we have ever had. He told us what to expect and he did not disappoint! The quality and customer service this young man delivered was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and very well spoken. It was nice to have these qualities in a service professional as I've had many experiences that were on the opposite end of the spectrum, none with Stanley Steamer though. The ease of making and rescheduling was impressive as well. Glad I reached out!
