“This was our second visit to Diablo Rojo. When our daughter wanted her ears pierced years back, we looked into tattoo parlors (for their piercing methods) and this one of the top-mentioned. It was a great choice then (2018) and a great choice now for her double piercings.

Cay was phenomenal --- there was a wifi issue happening when we were there, but she took that in stride while providing a wonderful experience for us. One of my biggest takeaways as a parent was that she never once asked me about what was wanted...Cay spoke directly to my daughter about why we were there, what earrings she wanted, the process, and carried on a conversation with her.

I got my bellybutton piercing changed here. I did get it pierced somewhere else and they actually gave me the wrong belly button piercing, and Piercing bunny😘 gave me the right one. She was absolutely amazing. She actually got there before our appointment time and started early. She was so fast. Everything was clean, incredibly sweet. I’ll be coming here for every piercing change and any piercing or tattoo I get in the future. She was very personable and authentic if I could give 10 stars, I would. And the atmosphere was beautifullllll🥰 I’ve gotten my piercing changed before and it was more expensive and definitely not as good as a job as she did.“
