I went to acupuncture for jaw pain and migraines. Dr. Zhou did a thorough assessment and was really kind and patient. I felt a lot better after the appointment and I found myself with less jaw tension. I'll definitely return and recommend Pine Mountain to anyone!
Honestly incredible experience, even after my first treatment.
I was extremely doubtful about acupuncture in general, and had avoided it for a year because I am horrible with needles, but I had tried everything else and had nothing to lose. Dr. Zhou was patient and helped me through each step, and was very realistic with what I could expect from treatment, so I didn’t expect any miracles. Still, the next day, I had better pain relief results from the first treatment than I did after multiple rounds of PT and an epidural. I genuinely felt like I could do a cartwheel (I didn’t try, but I felt so good it seemed like a real possibility).
