“On the day of my scheduled appointment for a complete AC/Heating inspection, I was contacted by the A+ office saying that their technician will be at our address in 20 minutes.Charles, an experienced technician that I had at a previous appointment, was on time and announced for what he was scheduled to complete. Following his inspection of two AC units, he expertly and clearly explained and revealed his findings. After asking me if I was using my phone to control the existing Ecobee thermostat and acknowledging my response, he volunteered to help me download the application for the Ecobee thermostat which had been previously placed by them. “We worked with Christian to get carpet installed in our house ahead of a move-in with a tight schedule. We were very happy with how quickly the process went, from the measurements to installation as everything went smoothly. It was so nice working with someone who knew what they were doing as opposed to the big box store we went to first that screwed up our order and didn't let us know everything was cancelled until the day the carpet was supposed to be installed. The best part was that we received better customer service and much higher quality carpet for the same price. The installation also went quite well as the three-man team worked exceptionally hard to get everything done.“
“I hired Matt from the recommendation of a neighbor to redo the floors on the first level of my 1960's build. He worked to remove the tile, laminate, linoleum, etc. and exposed the original concrete slab underneath. Matt did a great job, he has an eye for detail and is a great craftsman. I'm really excited about the finished product-- it looks great. They went above and beyond to take care and manage all the furniture and children's toys in my house while working of the floor. Matt was fair and straightforward with pricing, and I feel we got a great value and a floor that will last for decades.“

Upon choosing my carpet and scheduling installation, which they can provide, I had to change the install date several times due to overuns from my painting contractors. Roosevelt was great and patient about the install date changes and kept me in the loop the whole time. Once ready he scheduled the install the same day as the job was ready.The install crew was very friendly And knowledgeable. Joe and his guys were patient and understanding of my questions and actually accommodated an issue where the tile contractors didn't exactly line up the tile to the door meeting to the carpet. They made it look wonderful!! Would definitely recommend the whole experience, will definitely be using them again for future services.“

“We had three bedrooms with decades old carpet, and we wanted vinyl wood plank flooring installed. Matt Garcia came over within a day of our initial phone call to measure our rooms, and Oscar and his crew came to install the flooring within a couple of days after the flooring was received at the warehouse. (And this was working around the Thanksgiving holidays!) Oscar and his crew did a super job. They were fast, efficient, very professional, and even helped us move some furniture that was too heavy for my husband and me to move. The floors look amazing. We will definitely use Austin Hardwood Flooring for any other renovations we may need in the future, and we are definitely asking for Oscar to do the installation!“
