Tracy is THE BEST person in all of Austin to get waxed, lasered, or honestly, have any skin treatment done. I absolutely LOVE her. She really understands your desires and needs and makes you feel comfortable before, during, and after your treatment. I’ve gone to her for my waxes and then graduated up to laser (yay!) and she always provides the best results. She somehow is able to make the experience much less painful as well (both, laser and wax) since she’s experienced and licensed, she really understands what your skin type needs and how to achieve the perfect treatment for you. I was referred to Tracy after multiple failed attempts by my dermatologist left me with a painful rash all over my face and neck. Tracy is not only caring, but capable, and I have the utmost confidence in her work. I’m still rash free and loving my skin once again.
