The technicians were responsive and completed the work, but I was really frustrated with their billing and diagnostic process. I wasn't told what the problem was before receiving a diagnostic bill, and they refused to explain the issue until that fee was paid. They also wouldn't provide a repair estimate unless I paid the diagnostic fee and approved the work beforehand, which left me making decisions blindly.

Eugene did a great job replacing a vent fan in my microwave/convection oven.
