“I’ve been a fan of Little Posey for years. They are my go-to for gifting flowers locally. A good friend got some unwelcome news around her birth plan on the Friday before a holiday weekend. I called Little Posey and we had two issues. Her address was a little outside their delivery range and I’d missed the delivery window. The flowers wouldn’t arrive before the following Tuesday. I thanked them and looked for other options. Twenty minutes later, I got a call. She’d talked to her boss and the driver. For a small fee, the driver would swing by and they would get my friend flowers that day. Extraordinary service I didn’t actually ask for. It was just offered. Made my day.
