Varied classes for wherever you are with your body. Super welcoming and an extra treat is the cushioned floor because they share the space with a taekwondo studio. Now I’m spoiled in traditional yoga studios seems stiff and ostentatious by comparison. My favorite class is Dixie’s Tuesday night at 8 PM because it’s gentle, filled with laughter and just the right level of challenging. She also teaches 7 PM on Wednesday if you want to reconnect with the fundamentals. Pricing is amazing. Highly recommend!
Love the choices of times for classes, I can go morning or evening. The instructors make it fun and engaging and you can meet people on all levels of practice. Great learning environment!
I can't say enough good things about Your Yoga. I felt inspired to update my first review. More than a year ago, my first time in was a 5-star experience, and as a member for over a year now, it's still my favorite place to move my body and ground my mind. I always feel better after every visit.
It's a cool South Austin space with wonderful instructors, friendly yogis, fun events, classes for everyone... just the best. Give it a try!
