Dr. Erika Neeley is fantastic! I brought my cat Londynn in and from the moment we sat down, she took the time to really walk me through everything. Nothing felt rushed at all, even though I had a lot of questions. She explained each step of the exam and what she was checking for in a way that was easy to understand, and she was patient with my cat, who isn't always the easiest patient (Londynn is a bit of a diva!).

I had a great first time experience.

I spoke to Alexis on the phone a couple times and she was really fast, efficient, and friendly. Connor, the vet tech, followed suit, and was really great. What really stood out is that we got in quickly and we were given a balanced approach to treatment.

Dr. Rob walked me through his treatment rationale. We had a real discussion about the best course of treatment instead of the typical take-it-or-leave-it approach you get at most facilities. It's hard to find vets who collaborate with you as a member of the treatment team instead of copy-pasting a protocol and sending you on your way.

Hayze loved the staff as well as the Dr. I did as well. Very honest and trustworthy. They had good vibes because Hayze calmed down once I handed her to them and was very at ease. This is our first visit but we will definitely make them our vet going forward.
