Dr Brisley is the BEST!!! I came to her after another chiropractor caused a serious head and neck injury. I was obviously afraid to see any chiropractor again, but after years of seeking traditional medical and alternative treatments (and from some “world renowned” physicians), I still had no significant improvement, and my symptoms were crippling, so I opted to give her a try. She was the first doctor to be able to show me what was happening on x-rays and then provide a treatment that worked. And she takes time with her patients, truly listens, and has a great personality. I trust her implicitly and I highly recommend her!!!!

Dr. Brisley is an incredible doctor. I live in California and I fly back to Texas specifically so I can be treated by her. Every time I get adjusted I can tell a major difference in my body. My radiating numbness goes away and my body tension calms down. She is emphatic and solution orientated, so she listens to you and takes that information to help you feel better.

In my search for new answers, I read rave reviews of atlas orthogonal on a Facebook support group for post-concussion syndrome. I found Dr. Brisley, gave her a call, and started getting treatments. My experience has been a little different from most people's--it took several adjustments before I noticed much of a difference, but then things took off...read full review

From Austin Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic

Atlas orthogonal is a non-force technique used to align the C1 atlas bone. AO technique uses a table mounted instrument developed by Dr. Roy W Sweat and the late Dr. Frederick M Vogel . It differs from other upper cervical treatments in that it uses 3-D x-rays and the table mounted instrument to align the Atlas bone. Because of the nature of the postural righting reflex, alignments of the C1 atlas bone typically results in a profound healing throughout the rest of the entire spine and nervous system.
