I’ve been going to Moench method for a few years now. I heard about it through word of mouth. My husband actually saw Ken first with great results. Ken and his team are miracle workers. This last week I had two treatment sessions with Margot - she is very kind, straightforward, informative and effective. Such a great experience. The key difference I’ve experienced with Moench method is they are trying to heal your issues in the most effective way so you don’t need to go back again and again for the same issues. In the past I’ve been put in great shape in one session and didn’t need to go in for over a yead. Though, truthfully, one would probably be in amazing shape receiving a workover every month or so. I have referred so many close friends, family and acquaintances to Moench Method and will continue to do so.
I came in with clear reference photos and discussed a very minimal trim, but the haircut I received ended up being significantly different from what was requested. While the stylist was kind, the result itself missed the mark. Bad haircuts can happen to even the best, and at the end of the day, hair grows back.
What truly stood out, though, was how the owner ultimately handled the situation. He followed up personally, took accountability, and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. That level of professionalism and care is what sticks, and it was clear that making things right was his priority.

I had my first colonic with Juanita at Radiance in March and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She is very calming and reassuring throughout the process and her facility is beautiful, inviting, and relaxing. It really gives you a sense of calm, which is so important during the colonic process. I look forward to returning for my next appointment and would highly recommend her for colonics to friends and family.

I had a wonderful first experience. Sarah was patient, and put me at ease prior to beginning. She gently and methodically worked on lymph nodes throughout my body. The only way I can explain how I felt in the end, was that the cells in my body became relaxed and no longer felt chaotic.
Coraly is amazing, especially at ashiatsu which has allowed her to get knots out of my back/shoulder more effectively than traditional massage. She's also great at listening to what's going on with your body and structuring the massage to address specific pain points. Highly recommend.
This place was amazing! I got my lenses repaired in under 30 mins which was great because all I had to do was bring in my prescription and they were very accommodating. Service was quick and the staff went above and beyond for me. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.
Michele was so patient and really takes pride in her work. I could tell by how hard she worked to get the art for my Kirby nails right. It's not a character she does often but she took on the challenge using reference photos and was so meticulous about the details. I think they turned out great. ? So talented. Dr Jeff Ulery and his wife Judy are great! They take good care of patients, provide a lot of helpful insight and information in relation to your health. My back feels better, my neck feels better, and I get great advice and tips on how to stay healthier.

I cannot recommend Adelyn enough. I saw her for craniosacral and myofascial work both leading up to and after my tongue-tie release surgery for TMJ.
Her work was instrumental in preparing my tissues for the procedure and managing the pain afterward. The results are measurable: my jaw opening went from 25mm to 41mm, even with a conservative 60% release!
Most recently, she has been helping me with costochondritis. Her ability to adapt her techniques—from delicate post-surgical care to the deeper work needed for rib and chest pain—is phenomenal. If you are dealing with TMJ or chronic pain in general, she is a must-see.
On top of it all, she’s genuinely so kind and caring and is all about doing what is best for you. So grateful to her and her knowledge!

If you ever need an endodontist, run don't walk to Dr. Jeff Shell's office at Westlake Endodontics. I just completed six weeks of a root canal plus internal whitening procedure of a front tooth after an accident in August. I was so impressed with Dr. Shell's professionalism and knowledge, but what impressed me the most was his patience in explaining his treatment plan comprehensively and clearly. He spent an hour with me during the first consultative appointment to clearly explain his treatment plan and answer my questions- sadly, it's unusual to find this quality in some of today's medical professionals. Dr. Shell's staff is also extraordinary, from Valrie at the front desk to Deborah and Mandy. They were always helpful and courteous. They are true professionals! I would highly recommend Dr. Jeff Shell and his staff at Westlake Endodontics!

Recently went in and had wonderful experience! My nails came out great and the ladies were so patient and friendly. I did book an appointment which made it much easier. There was a rude lady next to me, getting her pedi which was so awkward! She was so rude to the nail tech - but the entire staff did such a wonderful job, managing and keeping the place in a good mood. Can’t wait to go back!
My treatment was not cover by insurance. That's what's made me believe it could work. The insurance companies dont want to cure you. I had severe headaches for a year. I went in and he gave me a few shots at the base of my skull and cured my debilitating cluster headaches. This was 15 years ago and I'm still good to this day. Dr. Gupta realistically saved my life. I couldn't go on much longer the way I felt. Thanks Doc.
I can’t say enough good things about Mandy at the office. I had a very tight deadline and she got it all done and saved me money! She was very responsive and helpful and went above and beyond.
Liz was referred to me by my LC around 3 weeks old. My daughter had a lip tie revision, torticollis, jaw tension and a recessed tongue that made nursing, latching and transferring very difficult. At the time I was exclusively pumping. In just 2 weeks of working with my LC, chiropractor and Liz I was able to exclusively nurse my daughter, her tongue will extend out of her mouth, she efficiently drinks bottles better, her torticollis is remedied and overall a very happy content baby. Liz helped to save our breastfeeding journey and I can’t recommend her enough. She was always so gentle and calming with my daughter and her overall presence relaxed me especially while going through the trials of breastfeeding. She was able to do body work even while I had to bottle feed or nurse her since babies feeding schedules are unpredictable. She also did a lot of mouth work and not all cranial sacral therapist or chiropractors do that which for us was key. She taught me so much during our sessions about body tension and little things I could even do at home. Liz has a gift for working with babies and families and her goal was to ensure my goal was met and she got us there. So thankful for her and the work she does, cannot recommend her enough!!

This is a wonderful nail salon. The ladies are so good, friendly and always remember me. They have the biggest collection of polishes I have ever seen.
