$300 plus for no exam and the bare minimum treatment. Thanks? Lovely place but quality care is lacking and is EXTREMELY overpriced. I went to discuss some concerns I was having regarding aging /sunspots and the potential of having a derm administer Botox in my glabella for migraines (something recommended to me by my neurologist- was told to see a dermatologist for this). When I shared my concerns, the response Dr. Prosise and her aid gave me was that 'my skin looked great.' Really, y'all? Thanks but I know my skin & when I need help. Don't get me wrong- they were very nice but they didn't do an exam or take the time to look at my skin thoroughly - they took a photo of my face and talked to me for 10-15 minutes. They told me to go through my neuro for treatment for migraines ( gotta love the medical runaround), prescribed me Tretinoin and pushed a $200 a bottle antioxidant serum. A month afterwards, I was harassed by their billing dept for a portion of the bill my insurance didn't cover... FYI: the cost of the visit was $338.12... for a disappointing total 15 minutes without a proper exam. I found a $40 antioxidant serum which has slightly improved my skin, the tretinoin is something I use off and on, but my concerns really have not been resolved. I would have given only one star, but I'm giving two stars for the tretinoin which may ( hopefully?) yield some results. I was overcharged and you probably will be, too.
