Lori is the best barber I’ve ever had, I refuse to let anyone else even touch my hair.She gets it right every single time, even when I’m not sure what style I want, I always leave feeling happy. Doesn’t matter if I want my hair short or long, Lori does a consistent and amazing job.Also all her hair products are phenomenal, but the hair butter is my favorite, it works wonders on my dry scalp. And since I started using the curl please cream, my curls have never been bouncier.Proud people barber is 10/10 and the only shop I will ever recommend.

So lucky to have been referred to Lori! My curly haired son has tried many different spots and we never really walked away feeling like we’d found our spot until yesterday with Lori! Lori is phenomenal! After getting a poorly done undercut elsewhere (at a salon because barber spaces intimidated me as a woman), I found Proud People and Lori was able to fix what had previously been done. She has cultivated a welcoming, inclusive, calming, and safe space for all people. Lori is incredibly skilled at her craft, paying close attention to details and perfectly crisp edges. I’ve consistently been going to Proud People for undercut maintenance for about 6 months and recently also had a drastic ~10 inch haircut by Lori - she can do it all! I highly recommend Proud People for all your hair care needs!
