The car key was getting stuck and would not let me turn off the car. Fortunately they had same day availability. He came to me and in an hour the problem was fixed. Turning the car on and off is now a breeze. I appreciate the efficient and friendly service.
I called them around 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon because we lost one of the 2 key fobs to my electric vehicle. Ellie took my call, was super kind, and told me that a locksmith would call me back in a few minutes. Sure enough, Shaun (locksmith) did and told me he'd arrive at the house around 5pm. Shaun, like he said, arrived around 5 and got to work. He was done around 5:45 (thereabouts), and then we talked about this-and-that for a little while afterwards. I did NOT want to have to call a locksmith to replace and reprogram my key fob, but I was 99% sure it would be cheaper and more convenient than going to the dealership. The Service I got was phenomenal they were even willing to stay the hours that it took to fix the problem with my car their demeanor was courteous very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone they're really about their job and getting it done with kindness and and professionality! I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could !!!
