I had a stone retaining wall replaced with steel. The first company botched the job (ANC Fence), and these guys came out and fixed it.
These guys were great. I worked with Jensen, Clayton, and Davie. I work from home, and could regularly hear them calling each other over to see if things were level and check how things looked. They used proper anchors to make sure the wall stays supported and doesn't collapse over time.
I plan to use them in the future when I replace my fence and expand my back patio.
So grateful to have a landscaper I trust. There's so much noise and so many businesses in Austin, I must have interviewed 20+ landscapers before I met Jensen and I am so glad I did. Jensen and his team were phenomenal with our deck rebuild, turf work, edging and planters, fence rebuild, rock work, and irrigation. They even rebuilt our driveway. We went from never spending any time in our yard because of the bugs to eating and playing with our kids out back daily in a space we truly cherish. We continue to call on Jensen for new projects and ongoing maintenance - and have referred him to our entire block.
I had Red Agave Landscape come out to inspect my irrigation system because I was dealing with dry spots in my lawn. He took the time to thoroughly look everything over, explained why certain areas weren’t getting adequate coverage, and recommended the best sprinkler heads to improve it instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work.
He also adjusted the water pressure at the street, which made a noticeable improvement, and he didn’t charge me a dime for the visit. It’s hard to find that level of honesty and customer service these days.
