Had H&S do my backflow test for my pool and Caleb was very professional, honest and helpful when it came to informing me on what needed to be done and what he was doing. Definitely recommend!

They are very nice. I recently moved to Austin and one day our water heater started to leak and was spraying everywhere. We couldn't turn off the water because the water meter nob was too tight. I didn't know what to do so I called some plumbing companies, and even though H&S Backflow doesn't typically do my type of problem, the guy on the phone said he was on lunch break and could stop by. He showed up and helped us for free, turned off the water to stop the flooding! Thank God, and it seems Texas has some really caring people :)

Caleb & the team at H&S Backflow are absolutely amazing! As a new property manager, receiving a letter from the city can be a little overwhelming. Caleb took the time to explain the situation to me and answered all of my 'newbie' questions. They were prompt, handled the test with ease and supplied a copy of the report all within 3 days of my initial call. HIGHLY Recommend this business!!
