Ryan Hill came out and was awesome. He educated me on my system, what was working, what to look out for, etc. very courteous and patient in discussing with me. I’m very happy with Ryan and the service he provided.
Lee Owens & Anthony Brannon came out to help us with some issues we were having with our rental. They came out super quick, were amazing about answering any questions we had & explaining the issues to us so we had a better understanding of what was happening. 10/10 would recommend. They rock! Not to mention extremely polite and professional!!
Lee Owens is awesome. My water heater exploded today and I’m a stay at home mom with a baby. I’m also pregnant right now. I had no idea what to do and I was so overwhelmed, until I met Lee. He came over within a couple of hours, and with ease handled it. Called the right companies to come over and fix the drywall too. The other company came out within 30 mins and he also found our water heater, which is an older model or a hard model to find. He’s coming back out tomorrow with the water heater and another colleague to have it installed. So from starting the day off in complete panic and disarray….I am completely at ease that this problem will get fixed, in a timely...read full review
